Slim & Tone Hi-lo Impact floor aerobics to burn calories. An easy and fun class.
Network Pump Integration of dumbbells, body bar and resistance tube to pump your muscle up! Create a lean and toned body, this class is for you.
Absolutely Abs A full session on strengthening your core.
Step Sculpt Mid tempo and steady paced class to burn body fat and firm up arms and legs.
Fitness Yoga * Simple stretch yoga move with rhythm
Power Yoga * Yoga with intensity and flow, a complete workout to strengthen and firm up your overall body.
Pilates Stretch * Pilates stretch class which focus on one muscle group gradually
Aqua Aerobics * Exercise in the water! Completely new workout for you!
Power Move Power move with intensive exercise movement, you will love it!
Thigh & Bon2 Absolutely lower body workout to tone the thighs and bums.
Kickboxing New kick and move that will bring you to high energy level with fun rhythm! Is a total workout for both upper and lower body!
Cardio Mix Hi Lo impact aerobics for begineers and intermediate level.
Athlete's Stretch New fitness routine that focus on the upper and lower body stretch. It enhances blood circulation and reduces muscle ache. If you are a runner, swimmer, cyclist, golfer or bodybuilder, this class is just right for you to improve your muscle tone and flexibility.
Dance on Steps Step class with exciting movement that will pump your adrenalin level from the start to the end.
Step Combat The best of both worlds come together - Step & Combat to deliver the promise of an ultimate workout.
Tone & Stretch A combination of resistance training and stretching to tone up your muscles.
Cardio Pump Interval circuit training that combines cardio and strength. Sweat it out with this new class!
Cardio Fitball A class that works on stamina and body muscle toning using fitball.
Cardio Stretch Cardio based either step or hi-lo routine with a full body stretches to relax your muscles
