your lifestyle with some of the courses that Fitness Network
offers:
Golf
An introductory 12-lesson course to the sport of golf. Learn
how to do a full swing using woods and irons, tee off with
3 or 5 woods, playing the short game, pitching wedge and more.
Minimum of 6 people a group to start
Scuba
Diving (PADI Open
Water Certification)
Learn to scuba dive with Fitness Network! We offer PADI open
water and advanced certification as well as more specialized
skills like the Rescue and/or Dive Master courses.
Swimming
(4 sessions)
Swimming is one of the best forms of non weight bearing exercise.
Learn the basic strokes and pick up intermediate swimming
skills.
Individual coaching : $160.00 per pax
Group of 2: $120.00 per pax
Group of 3: $100.00 per pax
Group of 4 & more: $80.00 per pax
Non-members of Fitness Network will be charge $20.00 extra
on top of the mentioned rates.
Tennis (Single
session)
Tennis provides good all-round cardiovascular exercise and
strengthens arm muscles. Tennis classes are organized for
both individual or group-based sessions.
Individual session : $50.00 per pax
Group of 2 per session : $55.00 for 2 pax
Group of 3 per session : $60.00 for 3 pax
Squash (Single
session)
Enjoy a court game with your friends. Learn the finer points
as well the strategy in the game of squash.
Individual session : $50.00 per pax
Group of 2 per session : $55.00 for 2 pax
Group of 3 per session : $60.00 for 3 pax
In-line Skating
(4 sessions)
Experience the wind blowing in your hair as you glide on in-line
skates. Inline skating is an excellent form of cardio vascular
exercise. Learn to skate in just 4 sessions.
Members : $90.00 per pax
Non Members : $110.00 per pax
