How can I make payment when I sign up for membership?
Payment can be made by Cash, Nets, Mastercard, Visa or Cheque
(Payable to “Ascendas Land (S) Pte Ltd (Fitness Network)”)

How long does it take to process
an application?
The processing of the application takes approximately 2 days
provided all necessary documents have been submitted. A letter
and email will be sent to you to inform you.

If I am not a tenant of Science Park. Can
I still join Fitness Network™?
Yes, we do have schemes which are open to the public. Fitness
Network™ has different schemes which cater for different
people. To find out more, call us at 6872 2201.

I forgot to bring my membership card. Can
I borrow from my friend who is also a member?
No. You should not use the membership card of another person.
All the membership cards are personalized and non-transferable.

I forgot to bring my membership card. Can I still use the
facilities?
Yes. You can still use the facilities. You will need to exchange
your NRIC for a Temporary Card at the Fitness Network™
FrontDesk and exchange back upon leaving Fitness Network™

I lost my membership card. What should I do?
You will need to get a replacement card. The replacement
card fee is $30.00 (subject to GST). However, if you have
a police statement due to lost of your wallet, the replacement
fee will be waived. You just need to provide us with a copy
of the police statement and fill up a form.

Can I bring my friends who are not members to use the facilities?
Each member is allowed to bring guests in. Guest vouchers
are sold at the Front Desk.
5 Guest vouchers - $40
10 Guest vouchers - $75
The guest vouchers are valid for 6 months. The rates are
subject to GST.

I have Guest Vouchers which will be expiring soon. Can I
extend my expiry date?
Yes, Guest Vouchers can be renewed for 6 more months from
date of expiry at a fee of $2.00 each.

My friends would like to play tennis? Do they still need
to pay for the guest fee?
Yes. Each guest is required to pay the guest fee before entering
Fitness Network™ as they are allowed to use any of the
facilities available in Fitness Network™ and there is
no limit of the time they are in the premises.

I want to bring my friend’s children who are below
12 to use the swimming pool. What is the charge?
Children below 12 years of age of members can access the
facilities free of charge. However, children of guests and
non-members below 12 years of age will need to pay $5.00 per
entry.

Do I need to bring my own towels when I
come to Fitness Network™?
No. Towels are provided for all members and guests.

Can I leave my things in the daily lockers overnight since
I plan to come down again the next day?
No. Daily lockers are meant to be used for daily usage only.
All daily lockers will be cleared after closing time. We do
have lockers for rental at the rate of $10.00 per month for
a minimum of 6 months.

I want to workout in the Gym. Can my child stay with me in
the gym while I workout?
Children below 16 years of age are not allowed in the gym
for safety reasons. Fitness Network™ has a children
corner where your child can play in the children’s playground
and also the lounge area where your child can play board games.
